Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking a Bar & Waiting Supervisor to lead guest service and coach our Team Members across shifts in our family-run pubs.

You will play a key part in delivering a memorable dining experience for guests and helping to grow the business with a customer-focused approach. Prior supervisory experience is essential, and you will receive full training through our GROW Programme, both in-house and at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford, to support your growth
