Location: The Doyen

Vacancy: Bar and Waiting Person

Hours: 4-20 hours

Responsibilities

1. Provide high standard of customer service in serving food and drinks
2. Set up the bar counter and food service area according to company procedures
3. Greet customers, take orders, and liaise with relevant personnel to ensure delivery
4. Anticipate customer needs and ensure excellent service at all times
5. Maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards in food and bar areas
6. Calculate bills accurately and handle various payment methods
7. Refill and rotate stock efficiently
8. Perform end-of-shift duties as per company procedures
9. Conduct regular toilet checks
10. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and appearance
11. Perform any other duties relevant to the role

Qualifications and Skills

• Secondary level education
• At least 6 months' experience in bar service and foodservice (desirable)
• Knowledge of Micros (desirable)
• Team player, customer-focused, enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
