Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs. You’ll be at the heart of guest experience, taking orders, serving drinks and meals, and creating memorable moments for guests.

Whether you’re new to hospitality or looking to grow, you’ll access our internal DNA pathway and app-based training to become a confident, valued team member with opportunities to progress across our pubs and hotels.
