Marston’s is looking for new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our team in our pubs. New to hospitality? You won’t be for long—we’ll help you grow with our internal DNA training via an innovative app.

As part of the Bar and Waiting team you’ll be the face of our pubs, taking orders, serving and upselling food and drinks, and delivering brilliant customer service while supporting the wider team. There are career pathways to match your ambitions.

Qualifications

• No hospitality experience required; full training provided via DNA.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude and good communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve customers, and upsell food and drinks.
