Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs. It’s not just a shift on the bar; it’s mastering the craft of perfect pours and delivering quality food with a warm, memorable guest experience.

New team members will access our internal DNA pathway and app-based training to grow into future supervisory roles while enjoying a wide range of staff perks and career progression opportunities within our local pub network.

Qualifications

• Friendly, welcoming service across bar and waiting duties.
• Ability to upsell food and drinks and provide great guest experiences.
• Willingness to learn and develop through internal training (DNA).

Responsibilities

• Care about the wider team, turning your hand to support wherever needed
• Gain people, marketing and operational skills whilst getting paid for it!
