Job summary

Marston’s PLC is looking for Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs. You’ll be the face of our venues, crafting a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders, serving drinks and food, and delivering brilliant customer service with a smile. Training via our DNA app-based pathway will help you become your absolute best.

Qualifications

• No formal hospitality experience required; training via DNA app-based pathway.
• Ability to deliver brilliant customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks, with upselling where appropriate.
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service to guests.
