Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll master serving, upselling, and building a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Whether starting out or expanding hospitality skills, you’ll access our internal DNA training pathway and progress toward supervisor roles while enjoying flexible hours and supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience is helpful.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the DNA pathway.
