Job Opportunity: Bar and Restaurant Supervisors at Nottingham Forest Football Club

We are hiring Bar and Restaurant Supervisors to join our team at Nottingham Forest Football Club for the 2025/26 football season. This role involves working on match days and non-match days (C&E events), including evening and weekend shifts.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional service to guests and manage staff effectively.
  2. Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
  3. Complete relevant documentation as required.
  4. Report staff potential to the hospitality management team to support their development.
  5. Follow Food Allergens processes and procedures.
  6. Assist guests with queries confidently and resolve issues promptly.
  7. Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high service standards and a great guest experience.
  8. Manage opening and closing procedures of the hospitality area.
