You will have experience working in busy restaurants or bars and be seeking the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, helping control the flow and communicating with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require flexibility to work various shifts. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview.
