You should have experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career. As the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help manage flow and communicate with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require flexibility to work various shifts and days. Typically, our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours can be discussed at interview.
