Job title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Malmaison

Rate / Hours: £13.20 per hour (Including Tronc), 40 hours per week

Type of Contract: Permanent

You will have experience working in a busy restaurant and/or bar and be seeking the next step in your career. As the face of our restaurant and bar within the hotel, you'll help manage flow and communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need staff to work various shifts and days. Flexibility is essential. While evenings and weekends are busier, shift patterns and hours can be discussed during the interview.
