Job description

Job title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Hotel Du Vin

Rate of Pay / Hours: OTE Up to £15 per Hour (Including TRONC) plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 40 Hours per Week

Type of Contract: Permanent

Location: Cambridge

Get paid for doing what you love, get loads of perks and benefits, learn something new and make a career for life with Hotel du Vin.

Are high standards second nature to you? Do you love people and making guests smile every day knowing you have delivered celebrity service? Do you want to be part of something different, working with the best food, drink, and a brand you will be proud of? We love Food, Wine, and Cocktails - almost as much as you do!

You will already have experience working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, helping to control the flow and communicate with the Kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.

If you are looking for career training, we offer nationally recognized apprenticeships that sit alongside our detailed brand training. We'll help you be 'The Difference' between good and great guest experiences.

We create memories that the guest will never forget. This could be your next step into a Head of Department position within Hotel du Vin – we actively encourage internal development and progression, Onwards and Upwards.
