Job summary

Craft Locals is seeking Front of House – Bartenders & Floor Team Members to greet guests, take orders, and deliver outstanding service in a lively pub setting. Weekend availability is essential, with Sunday morning shifts playing a key role in trading days.

You will join a growing independent pub group that values guest experience, teamwork, and career progression, supported by training and perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in pubs, bars or restaurants as bar or floor team member.
• A people person with energy, confidence and positivity.
• Passion for hospitality, service and working in a team.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a warm welcome.
• Take food and drink orders confidently and accurately.
• Serve drinks quickly, efficiently and with great presentation.
• Know the menus inside out and recommend dishes and drinks.
• Keep the bar, floor and guest areas clean and organised.
• Create memorable guest experiences every shift.

If you enjoy creating great guest experiences, working in a lively pub environment, and learning about food and drink, this role is for you. This hours available will mainly be centred around weekends, with Sunday am important, and key trading day for the business.
