About the role

As Banqueting and Events Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Banqueting and Events Manager to support and lead our banqueting and events team. This role involves delivering exceptional experiences across our events, from weddings to corporate gatherings, in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in the seamless execution of events, collaborating with other departments and ensuring our team provides outstanding service. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career within our ambitious and supportive F&B team.

  • Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a high-quality food and drink or events setting.
  • Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
