Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Immaculate personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications and standards.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the event space before, during, and after service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with the breakdown and reset of rooms for future events.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit aBanqueting Serverto join our dynamic and passionate team.

Your Role:

As a Banqueting Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service during a variety of events, from elegant private dinners to high-profile corporate functions. You will assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring every detail meets Four Seasons’ legendary standards of service and hospitality. Working closely with the Banquet Service Managers, you will help create memorable experiences for our guests through seamless and attentive service.

What You'll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

A flexible schedule with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Immaculate personal presentation and a professional demeanor

A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service

A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile

Schedule and hours:

This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour work week, typically structured as five shifts of eight hours each.

Flexibility is essential, as shifts will include mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays depending on business needs.
