Job summary

Fusion People Ltd is seeking an experienced Banksman for a large Brighton area project with tower cranes. The position runs Monday to Friday with standard site hours, offering a competitive hourly rate and on-site supervision on a major commercial development in East Sussex.

Banksman

Start date - Monday 28th September 2026

£21 per hour CIS, £16 per hour PAYE

Brighton, East Sussex

We are working on a large project in the Brighton area and we are looking for a slinger/ banksman to join the existing site team. The project is a large commercial development with a number of tower cranes on site. The end client is a large scaffolding contractor so the lifts will involve scaffolding materials and plant.

As a Banksman your duties will involve

• Directing the tower crane driver
• Slinging and securing loads
• Ensuring H&S is strictly maintained
• Any other associated duties

You must Have

• Relevant site experience
• CPCS, NPORS required
• Specific tower crane experience

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
