Job summary

the company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Banking Technology team for Opus Capital Management transformation. You will design and deliver enterprise-grade web applications, leveraging AI development tools and owning end-to-end delivery across Angular frontend and Java/Spring Boot backend.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong design discussion leadership in a small, autonomous squad, and a mindset focused on AI-first quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, Java and Spring.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL API-first design.
• Experience designing large-scale microservices platforms.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery teams with incremental releases.
• Knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases is desirable.
• Experience with Kafka is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and build microservices-based platform used by senior bankers worldwide, from Angular frontend to Java/Spring Boot backend.
• Ensure security, testing, CI/CD and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineers in global squads on integrations.
• Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate engineering.

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join Banking Technology team for Opus Capital Management strategic transformation.

You will design and deliver enterprise-grade web application platforms, leveraging AI development tools (e.g. Copilot, Devin).

This role demands end-to-end ownership, hands‑on technical delivery and ability to lead design discussion within small high‑autonomy squad.

The ideal candidate is AI‑first in mindset, quick learner and passionate for the quality and reliability of code deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build business requirements on microservices architecture platform used by senior bankers globally Full stack implementation from Angular frontend to Java/Spring Boot backend and MongoDB/MSSQL data layer
• Strong fundamentals in systems analysis, design patterns, SDLC including unit/integration test and CI/CD practices.
• Leverage AI coding agents for accelerated engineering
• Critically review, test requirements and own deliverables ensuring structural integrity, security compliance and production readiness.
• Strong communication skills with Product & Engineers in global squad on integrations
• Learn and apply Corporate Banking domain knowledge

Required Skills & Experience

• Significant hands‑on experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, Java & Spring framework
• Proven experience of API first solution - REST, GraphQL
• Experience designing & implementing large-scale platforms using microservices architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams & incremental frequent releases.
• Database design and queries in RDBMS & NoSQL - Highly desirable
• Messaging broker / Kafka experience - Highly desirable
• Spec driven development understanding - Desirable
