LSH Auto is seeking a dedicated and experienced Banking Team Leader to join our team at our Head Office in Stockport. In this role, you will oversee the banking operations, ensuring seamless handling of financial transactions, compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Your leadership will drive the performance of the banking team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Banking team, setting objectives and ensuring the team meets performance targets.
  • Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate communication between the Central Banking department and other departments to support business operations.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Analyse banking operations data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to upper management.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A proven background in banking or finance, with experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
