Banking & Finance Solicitor (Manchester)

In-House Legal Role

A top-tier financial services organisation based in Manchester is looking to add an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor to its growing legal team.

Working within a high-performing legal department and reporting to the Head of Legal, this role offers exposure to a broad range of complex lending matters—primarily commercial and retail transactions typically ranging between £20 million and £30 million.

The role will see you partnering with stakeholders across multiple business units including Credit, Relationship Management, Treasury, Investment, and Transaction Services, with a client base that spans several jurisdictions.

We're keen to hear from solicitors with 5-10+ years’ PQE who have a strong grounding in retail banking law, including knowledge of loan agreements, overdrafts, mortgages, and tailored lending structures. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape, including CCA and MCOBS, is highly desirable.
