Banking Solicitor | 1-8 PQE | International Law Firm | Manchester city centre

BCL Legal is pleased to be assisting an international law firm in seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its banking & finance team in Manchester. Excellent salary, benefits and training within a national team.

The Role

As an Associate in this banking & finance team, you will:

1. Opportunity for a 1-8 PQE lawyer to join the team and support on corporate/leverage finance, real estate finance & infrastructure finance.
2. You will be working with private equity sponsors, corporate, banks and funds.
3. The team often act opposite Magic Circle and large US firms.
4. The client base includes high profile clients - UK and global financial institutions, private equity houses, funds and corporates on domestic and cross border transactions.

About You
