Job description

Banking Senior Associate / Legal Director, Southampton

Major firm seeks to appoint an ambitious Banking Senior Associate or Legal Director to join their successful banking team.

Our client is a progressive and award-winning UK law firm, renowned for its exceptional banking and finance practice.

The firm is looking for a senior associate or Legal Director with at least 6 years PQE to join their banking & finance practice based in Southampton. You will advise on a range of finance matters including acquisition finance, asset-based lending transactions, secured lending work, real estate finance, and general corporate banking. The team works with clients such as major UK clearing banks, building societies, funds, investors, and other financial institutions.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a recognized banking & finance practice. They may already be based on the South Coast or seeking a move from London or another regional center.
