Job Description:

What you will do:

  • Stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure compliance and fairness in transactions.

Working Arrangements & Training:

The successful candidate will work Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:15pm, with some Saturdays 8:15am-4:30pm. We are hiring for hours per week across 5 days.

What you will need:

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail under pressure.
  • Understanding of the risks associated with the role and their implications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Experience in customer service and controlled process environments is essential; prior banking experience is not mandatory.
