Job description

Customer Service Advisor - Metro Bank Borehamwood

You will be at the forefront of customer interactions, going above and beyond to provide customers with exceptional service and offer personalised products and services tailored to their needs.

You will work as part of a team, prioritising tasks based on changing customer demand and helping to achieve store objectives.

You will be a brand ambassador in the community, supporting the store to become the number one community bank.

You will keep updated on regulatory and non-regulatory training and changes to ensure compliance and fairness in all transactions.

Working Arrangements & Training

Metro Bank Borehamwood operates Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 5:15 pm, and Saturdays, 8:15 am - 4:30 pm. We are currently hiring for 37.5 hours per week across 5 days.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Ability to build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Maintain meticulous attention to detail even under pressure.
  3. Understand the risks associated with the role and their implications for yourself and our customers.
  4. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  5. Deliver outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic environment.
  6. Experience in customer service and operational processes, even if prior banking experience is not required.
