Your Role:

Experience in end-to-end program and project delivery, including managing multiple component teams and tracking their deliverables. Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels, including business, technology, and leadership, with demonstrated engagement skills.

Desirable: Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence (including writing JQL queries), and leveraging these tools for data-driven delivery.

Managing all projects and programs delivered across the Core Platforms.

Defining and owning the content and direction of change projects to support high-performance, continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain project plans based on the Product Owner roadmap and manage Kanban workflows.
• Establish and drive delivery disciplines, cadence, and standards for the feature team.
• Own issue/blocker status, resolution, and risk management, potentially relying on support from others.
• Own delivery status reporting and ensure accuracy of information.
• Manage vendor relationships, including running RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Control financial and resource forecasts and actuals to stay within budget.
• Ensure the product is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. Drive team velocity and manage changes accordingly.
• Engage and align the wider organization with feature team needs, including governance, approvals, and dispensations.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Provide change management and project management expertise for assigned change projects.
• Practical experience with Agile delivery methodologies and managing sprint-based deliveries.
• Expertise in change management tools and methods, including the Change Management toolkit.
• Understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and value of Barclays Change Management.
• Strong influencing and networking skills to develop internal and external relationships and influence opinions and actions.
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and innovation to solve critical business problems practically.
