Job Description

The Banking LD/Partner will be:



  1. Leading lender-side banking and finance transactions, with borrower-side exposure.


  2. Advising on mid-market corporate deals, refinancing and debt facilities.


  3. Structuring complex banking arrangements for corporate clients and financial institutions.


  4. Building relationships with major UK banks and borrower-side clients.


  5. Mentoring fee-earners and supporting team growth and business origination

The Successful Applicant

The Banking LD/Partner should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ years PQE in banking & finance.


  • Experienced in lender-side transactions, with borrower-side knowledge a bonus.


  • Skilled in mid-market corporate finance, refinancing, and debt documentation.


  • Proven in client relationship-building and business development.


  • Capable of leading deals and mentoring junior lawyers.
