Our client, a well-established national law firm, is recruiting two Banking Lawyers to join its team in Edinburgh or Glasgow on a full-time basis. The team advises on financing transactions across sectors, including multi-jurisdictional matters.

One position is for candidates with 2-4 years’ PQE, and the other for 4-6 years’ PQE. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and managing lending transactions. Experience liaising with borrowers, lenders, or investors is essential.
