Job Description

The Banking Lawyer will be:



  • Advising lenders and borrowers on a range of bilateral and syndicated lending transactions


  • Supporting a collaborative national and international team on structured finance and corporate banking deals


  • Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing key finance documentation


  • Providing specialist advice on regulatory and legal risks across banking matters


  • Assisting in business development and nurturing key client relationships

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be 2-6 years PQE and will have experience of general corporate banking. Ideally, you'll also have some invoice finance, receivables financing or asset-based lending experience too.
