You will lead content quality across fintech topics and manage freelance writers, collaborating with brands to deliver award-winning work.

The role is office-based in London, with extensive leave, daily lunch, private medical cover, and a competitive £40,000–£55,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, history, marketing or communications, or commensurate experience.
• Proven digital writing experience with a clear path of progression.
• Deep passion for fintech and personal finance; stay up to date with trends and news.
• Excellent critical thinking and research skills; able to explain complex topics.
• Keen attention to detail and high quality standards.
• Thrive in fast-paced fintech landscape; adapt editorial strategy as needed.
• Up to 38 days leave (25 holiday + five life leave + 8 public).

• Drive PR & Trends: Provide expert banking commentary and identify news opportunities.
• Content Partnerships: Deliver high-impact, branded content with major financial providers.
• Video & Socials: Produce expert-led video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Editorial Excellence: Edit articles to Finder style; audit and strengthen older content.
• Ensure Compliance: Apply regulatory knowledge across banking, credit, mortgage categories.
• Writer Management: Guide freelance writers; foster high performance and growth.
