Job summary

A leading legal firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate/Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their growing Bristol team. You will work closely with senior lawyers on a variety of transactions, including property acquisition and development finance, corporate acquisitions, and refinancing deals. Ideal candidates will possess confidence in handling documentation and a keen interest in corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ PQE in banking and finance.
• Experience handling loan and security agreements.
• Interest in real estate or corporate finance.

This is a new instruction for a Banking and Finance Solicitor or Associate at 2PQE to join a growing teamand contribute to its development working closely with senior lawyers on a variety of transactions.

The department has a client base across lenders, investors, developers and corporates advising on deals for, property acquisition and development finance, corporate acquisitions and refinancing deals.

The work you will assist on...

• Drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation
• Supporting senior lawyers in managing transactions
• Delivering on documentary conditions precedent
• Taking the lead on transactions

What experience is required .......
