The Role

Ranked by the prestigious Legal 500 Tier system, you will be a critical senior member of this renowned and quickly growing Banking and Finance team with colleagues from across the UK.

You will gain exposure to the full gamut of banking work, from acquisition and leveraged finance, general corporate banking, REF and structured finance.

Clients include some of the most highly regarded banks, investors and financial institutions in the country. You will have the opportunity to manage your own matters and work on some of the most complex, engaging and fulfilling matters.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has 4-9 years PQE with a strong general background of banking expertise.
  • Experience liaising with stakeholders including borrowers, lenders and investors throughout the full transaction lifecycle.
  • Can manage a varied caseload with a range of clients, and has the ambition and communication skills to further develop client relations
  • Is commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current construction law landscape
