Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ PQE in banking & finance.
Demonstrated fee generation and portable client following.
Expert in facility agreements, security documents and intercreditor matters.
Leadership to recruit and scale a Reading banking team with cross‑practice referrals.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Reading-based Banking & Finance practice.
Deliver transactional and advisory services across real-estate, acquisition, development, and asset-based lending.
Collaborate with real estate, corporate and restructuring teams.
Report to C-Suite and align with firm strategy and growth.
Leverage portable client base to drive growth and profitability.
