Overview

Banking & Finance Solicitor, NQ–2 Years PQE, Cardiff, £Competitive – A new role for an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:1271.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include structured finance, acquisition finance, and real estate finance
  • You will act for clearing banks, institutional lenders, challenger banks, alternative financiers, corporate borrowers, and public sector clients.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, commercial, property, and construction teams.
  • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client relationship growth.
Skills Required
  • Applications are sought from Banking & Finance Solicitors with up to 2 Years PQE
  • You will have strong drafting and transactional skills.
  • A collaborative, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
