Job Description:

We have been instructed on this new senior banking role with our client, a leading UK law firm. The firm currently has a need for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance Team in Edinburgh.

To be considered for this role, you should possess a minimum of 4+ years’ PQE in either Scotland or England & Wales, and the team is also open to those who are dual-qualified in Scotland and England. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of financial law and can expect to be involved in a variety of complex banking matters including drafting and negotiating loan and security documentation, project managing transactional work, conducting legal research, and producing documentation. You will also be expected to provide support and supervision to more junior members of the team.
