Top Tier Offshore Firm in Jersey seeks an associate to join its Banking & Finance team. You will work with lenders and borrowers across complex financing transactions, including real estate, leveraged, fund and acquisition finance.

Ideal candidate: 4-8PQE; admitted in England & Wales, Canada, Australia or New Zealand; excellent academics; experience from a leading law firm; strong desire to live in Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Work with lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions across real estate, leveraged, fund and acquisition finance

• Support senior lawyers on deal execution and drafting
