Our client, a US law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate (1–4 PQE) to join its London office. The team advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions and works with banks, funds, and corporate borrowers across the capital structure. The Role

You will support lenders and borrowers on a variety of transactions including leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and real estate finance.
