Job summary

Boundaryless LTD in London is seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to support a data governance program for banking regulatory asks. You will work across CDE identification, SOR allocation, controls mapping, data lineage and operating model delivery.

The role requires on-site presence in Canary Wharf and close collaboration with Markets, Risk, Finance and Technology teams. The candidate will translate regulatory expectations into executable artefacts, maintain traceability, support

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in data governance, quality, or data transformation programs in financial services.
Proven experience delivering governance-led programs with CDEs, SOR/authoritative sources, controls and lineage.
Exposure to validation, audit evidence, and structured governance in regulated remediation environments.
Strong stakeholder management across business, operations, technology and governance.

Responsibilities

Run discovery workshops to confirm scope, regulatory asks, and stakeholders.
Build and maintain CDE inventory with definitions, ownership, and mapping to reports.
Support SOR/Authoritative Source allocation and data contracts.
Define and maintain controls mapping with thresholds aligned to risk appetite.
Support data lineage creation/validation and end-to-end traceability.
Lead/participate in UAT and validation, coordinating defect triage and sign-off evidence.
Produce audit-ready documentation packs including lineage and control evidence.
