• Proven experience leading data migration projects.
• Banking or Financial Services sector experience.
• PMO or project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently and proactively.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Migration Leadership: Support and coordinate data migration activities across multiple systems.
• Project Delivery & PMO: Drive project governance, monitor milestones, and prepare status reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate business, technology and third-party stakeholders.
• Planning & Coordination: Support migration strategy development and ensure alignment across teams.
