A Top 20 firm is seeking a Banking and Finance Associate to join a Tier 1 ranked department in their vibrant Glasgow office.
Dealing with some of the most high-profile clients in the UK and globally, you will be exposed to top-tier Banking and Finance matters alongside renowned professionals in the industry.
Role
You will join a Top 20 international law firm as a Banking & Finance Associate (2-6 years PQE) within its Tier 1-ranked finance practice, based in Glasgow.
Recognised for its depth, technical excellence and commercial approach, the team advises on some of the most significant and complex banking transactions across the UK and globally.
Dealing with a range of Banking and Finance matters, the group is trusted by leading financial institutions, investment funds, central banks and public bodies to deliver strategic, commercially grounded legal advice.
As a member of this high-performing team, you will be exposed to a broad range of finance work, including leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance, corporate lending and structured finance. With strong links to other departments such as corporate, real estate and restructuring, the role offers a highly collaborative environment where lawyers work together to provide seamless client service.
In this role, you'll work directly with nationally recognised partners and senior associates, many of whom are leaders in their respective fields. You'll be involved in transactions from start to finish, managing key workstreams and developing close relationships with clients. Whether advising a major UK bank on a lending transaction or supporting government-backed investment into critical infrastructure, you'll play a meaningful role on matters that have real commercial impact.
