A major financial institution in London is seeking to hire a Relationship Support Officer to assist with the day-to-day administrative functions and portfolio management. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in account analysis and a strong understanding of business banking principles. The role includes acting as a client contact point and ensuring compliance within the portfolio.
Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking
To support the Relationship Manager with the day-to-day administrative functions, portfolio management, entrenchment, and operational functions for an allocated Premium or Growth portfolio. To ensure that all compliance requirements within the portfolio are met and act as a central contact point for the client, providing sales and service fulfilment aligned to segment targets.
