Under the supervision of Branch Management, you will be responsible for:

  1. Recommending Associated Bank products to existing customers and prospects.
  2. Identifying, expanding, and deepening customer relationships through profiling and recommending deposit and lending products and services.
  3. Providing exceptional customer service by efficiently processing transactions and fulfilling service requests.
  4. Supporting the operational integrity of the branch.
  5. Using and demonstrating all customer channels, including digital technology.
  6. Achieving individual and branch team goals.
  7. Supporting multiple branch locations as needed to foster flexibility and mobility.

This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.

It must be operated in full compliance with internal policies, applicable regulations, and laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements. You will need to submit required information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain registration as directed by the S.A.F.E. Act.

This role will also:

  • Provide comprehensive training to ensure success.
  • Empower you to pursue your interests, develop new skills, and make a difference daily.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through accurate transaction processing.
  • Identify and service customer needs, resolve issues, and build community relationships.
  • Open new accounts and uncover cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer financial wellness.
  • Partner with internal teams in insurance, mortgage, and other areas to meet financial needs.
  • Support the operational integrity of the branch.
  • Proactively prospect at our in-store locations.

Qualifications include:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience. Required
  • Experience: Less than 2 years of customer-facing sales and/or service experience. Required
