CareTech is seeking a Youth Support Worker for Gloucester, with bank-hour shifts including sleep-ins. You will engage with young people, support independence, and coordinate activities in a caring home setting. DBS checks and daily digital record-keeping are part of the role.

Each shift is 8am to 11pm – Sleep ins are 11pm to 8am
