Job summary

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Bank Sonographers to join our expanding ultrasound service across our purpose-built units. You will work within obstetric, general, and community diagnostic settings using GE ultrasound machines.

Qualifications

• Ultrasound qualification (Diploma in Medical Ultrasound or Pg Diploma in Medical Ultrasound) and state registration.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 1 year ultrasound practical experience in an NHS Ultrasound department.

Responsibilities

• Scan independently and report all ultrasound studies undertaken.
• Operate GE ultrasound machines in obstetric, general, and community settings.
• Support Radiologist team for more complex cases.
• Scan abdomen, gynaecology, obstetrics, small parts, musculoskeletal and vascular studies.
