Job summary

NHS Humber Health Partnership and Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust are expanding the ultrasound service and seeking enthusiastic Sonographers to join our team across purpose-built units with state-of-the-art ultrasound machines in Obstetrics, General and Community Diagnostic Centres.

You will provide scans across obstetrics, abdominal, gynecology, small parts, MSK and vascular imaging, with CPD, mentorship and structured training supported by Radiologists.

Qualifications

  • Ultrasound qualification with relevantUK recognition.
  • State registration and at least 1 year NHS ultrasound experience.
  • Ability to scan obstetrics, abdominal, gynecology, small parts, and vascular areas.
  • Full UK driving licence; musculoskeletal or vascular qualifiers are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scans across obstetrics, abdominal, gynecology, small parts, MSK and vascular imaging.
  • Work across purpose-built units with state-of-the-art ultrasound machines.
  • Collaborate with Radiologists and senior sonographers to ensure high-quality reporting.

What You’ll Bring
  • Ultrasound qualification (Diploma in Medical Ultrasound.
  • State registration and at least 1 year of practical NHS ultrasound experience.
  • Ability to scan abdominal, gynaecology, obstetrics, small parts, and DVTs.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Additional musculoskeletal or vascular qualifications would be an advantage.
