Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
• Experience leading or mentoring colleagues or stepping into a leadership role.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the care team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.
• Promote best practice at all times.
• Safely administer and record medication in line with company policies.
• Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Build positive relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
