Shaw Healthcare’s Greenhill in Crickhowell is seeking a Bank Team Leader to support a residential and nursing service for older people. You will lead shifts, model best practice, and help the team deliver person-centred care to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older people in residential care.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social care (or equivalent).
• Flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people.
• Ability to lead a team and use own initiative.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice.
• Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures.
• Report changes in residents needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation.
