We are looking for a Residential Team Leader at Elizabeth House in Bognor Regis. Join a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents. We aim to deliver the highest standard of care, using the latest technology to enhance our service.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults in residential care, be flexible, patient, organized, and excellent with people. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Your responsibilities include building relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and your line manager. You will need good written skills for care plans and follow guidelines and policies effectively. Full training and leadership development opportunities will be provided.
