A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Bank Residential Team Leader to ensure high-quality care for residents. Candidates should have experience with older individuals, strong communication skills, and preferably a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Bank Residential Team Leader - £14.66-£15.30 per hour
Contract: Bank - zero hours
Working Hours: As/when needed - 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00)

We are looking for a Residential Team Leader to join our team at Burleys Wood in Crawley. Our team is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those we care for, aiming to deliver the highest standard of care, comparable to what we would expect for our own family members. We use the latest care technology to enable more meaningful interactions with our service users. Burleys Wood has an excellent reputation as a valued care provider, with the needs of our service users at the core of all we do.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with older people in residential care, be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and excellent with people. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as working towards or having completed your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Your responsibilities will include building strong relationships with residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and your line manager. You will follow guidelines and policies, and maintain accurate care plans through good written communication skills.
We will provide full training, including a leadership programme to support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw.
