Overview

Rugeley House School is recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join our Education team. We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistants who can adapt their practice to support across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assist the children with their work and support pupil behaviour while establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.

Working pattern

Please note – this role is based on working 39 weeks per year (38 weeks and one week training) following Staffordshire County Council term dates.
