A community health service provider is seeking Bank Switchboard Operators to manage calls at St Martins Hospital during night shifts. Candidates should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. The role involves answering calls, supporting district nursing requests, and providing excellent customer service.
We are looking for Bank Switchboard Operators (Nights) to join our 24 hourteam at St Martins Hospital to help answer all internal and external calls in apolite and timely manner.
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and patients attending St Martins outpatient appointments, providing a wide range of knowledge regarding location of clinics and to answer any queries.
Using system one to triage information and log patient details, keyboard skills are advantageous, alongside a good work ethic. We are a close knit team so a team player is vital alongside the ability to work on your own initiative as lone working is part of this position.
Our service runs 365 days a year working fixed shift patterns of 7am-3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm-7am.
This is a position covering nights that involves lone working.
