Job Title: Swim Instructor (Bank, Part-Time)

Location: Edinburgh Fountain FWC | Pool | Bank | Part Time

Salary: Up to £17.82 per hour depending on experience plus benefits

Role Overview

As a Swim Instructor at one of our fitness and wellbeing sites, you will need a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification, along with strong interpersonal skills and a love for swimming. Our lessons cater to swimmers of all ages and abilities, following the Swim England framework. You will also gain experience in achieving targets and collaborating with colleagues to enhance lesson performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage and inspire swimmers of all ages to achieve their swimming goals.
  2. Help people learn and develop by making the most of every opportunity.
  3. Deliver both one-to-one lessons and group classes.
  4. Be a positive role model with a fun and engaging approach.
  5. Tailor teaching methods to meet individual needs.
  6. Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities.
